Big update

Been putting this off for a while now, been a crazy month and i didn't want to type this all out, but i need to so here you go.

About a month ago i was in a car accident with one of my jeeps. Got hit on the passenger side towards the rear door. Because of the rock sliders bolted to the unibody frame rail when the side and rock slider got hit it punched the frame rail it, ripping it from the unibody.

You can see how far the slider is pushed in compared to the front. Because of the frame damage it's beyond fixing for me so I'm pulling parts i want then it's off to the junk yard. I'll swap the axles to my white jeep (ford 8.8 w/discs and LSD, locked D30 front) and some other random stuff.

Next update: I've got my dad hooked on XJs now apparently because he came across this great deal on the local classifieds and snatched it up, on his birthday coincidentally.

Rock sliders

Gas tank skid
Hydraulic steering assist
D44 rear w/ disc brakes, chromo axle shafts, ARB air locker
JK D30 front
Roll bar
CB
Some misc parts
160k miles and clean interior

Then my boss had me pick up this 2wd comanche with a 5 speed for him

Planning at least a 4wd swap, see where it goes from there. We're also getting some new shop space with lots of room and 2 BendPak lifts which i can use whenever! :D

And i bought this super clean 98 subaru legacy gt from a friend at work for my commuter car.

Mostly stock other than the tint (obviously haha) and it has a media player and a short ram intake. It's the gt so it has the 2.5 instead of the 2.2 and power everything. Also it's a 5 speed so i can finally learn manual! (Loving it so far :D

So that pretty much gets y'all up to date!

Man, sorry to hear about the accident! Maybe you could turn it into a trailer or something down the line.

Yes, it's been fun having him come to me as his "jeep expert" :D just had it out camping over the weekend, it performs very well. I'm definitely looking forward to some father-son outings. :)
