I've been having driveline angle issues so I just started browsing the Internet looking for answers. Still have stock drivelines think I need to replace them tho. I do my own work on this jeep. From the lift to a simple windshield wiper motor, and everything in between. What I want to know is how to cut fenders out the right way. Thanks for adding me.

Hey Kody, welcome to xjtalk. Took me a while to see this but glad I did. Sounds like you're building a cool rig and always appreciate someone building their stuff. Mr 4.3lxj is our suspension/driveline/ ah heck, just about everything specialist around here and I'm sure he can get you some great info.

When I cut my fenders I used a cut off wheel/grinder and the front I easy by just cutting a bigger opening. The rear is a bit more complicated because the inner and outer wheel opening are spot welded together. And unless you want to reweld the joint these need to stay. It's still pretty easy, you just cut the out lip off then cut slits perpendicular to the opening and bend the pieces inward and up out of the way of the tire. I go through a few more steps but most people don't so I won't bore you with those.

Now, I think we deserve some pics of your jeep... please!
