Finally did it

My house has a 2 car garage and for the 30 + years we have lived here I never had a vehicle small enough to fit 2 cars in it. My wife has always parked her car in it. So the other half of the garage was just used for storage. From 4 wheelers, tool boxes to miscellaneous stuff. My wife has been on my a$$ for years to clean/organize it. We have a 10x12 storage shed I got from Sears many years ago in the back yard that had more miscellaneous stuff in it. It was never anchored to the ground very good. A few weeks ago we had a pretty good storm blow through and blew it off its foundation. I moved all the stuff that was in there with the help from a few neighbors we picked it up and put it back were it was. One of my neighbors has a nail gun that shoots nails into concrete so it is now properly anchored down. Now looking into this empty shed I wondered if I could put all the stuff from the garage into it. Got out the trusty tape to see if the 2 large work benches in the garage would fit. Sure enough they would as if I built them to go in there. So after a weeks worth of moving stuff and throwing away 4 trash cans of stuff I have not used in years the other half of the garage has room for a car again. Now the vette has a place to sleep inside instead of outside under a cover.

Believe it or not a 06 vette is not a small car it barely fit. With the wife's help directing (have to fold the mirrors in ) it's in there. Now we all happy.

I'm sure she's certainly far happier being inside then just under a cover outside!! Can't wait to have a garage big enough to park any size car into.. Even with all the stuff out of my garage I currently have, I could barely park my 01 MRS into it... The one time I parked my XJ in there, there was no way to get out of it, other then through the hatch, and couldn't do anything useful with it.. so was pointless to me.. lol

Nice vette. I know you don't wanna come wheeling out here in the mud, but would you race me at RP raceway. Its pretty close to you. I'd like to see how I do against a C6.

is it stock? Ive seen stock ones go mid to high 12's. Ive seen full bolt on ones go mid 11's
