Rear drivers side window regulator

Will a front drivers side window regulator fit the back door regulator?

The only thing I am seeing for the rear doors is the motor which is the same as the front door on the same side. However given the design of the rear door I would doubt that the regulator lift assembly would work on both doors.

I can't seem to find any rear window regulators for sale online? I guess I will have to use a pick-a-part.
