The Power-Antenna has a 3-wire connector. The Radio has 1-wire lead. The antenna connects to a relay (below). So... What goes between the relay and the radio?

The power antenna wire (usually blue) from the radio to trigger the relay?

Agree. If you look at the enclosed relay... There appears to be 2 slots for 2 individual 3-pin connectors. One for the 3-pin back to the antenna? Here is where I get stumped. Seems the relay wants another 3-pin... But I only have one wire from the radio.

I've got to be missing something obvious!

here is sample power antenna diagram,

http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/images/wiring_images/pwr_antenna_circuit.jpg

when radio on AM/FM, it will trigger antenna relay, relay is energized and antenna going up. when it reaches to max, internal up switch will disconnect motor power

when radio turn off, relay will de-energize and polarity to motor changed, motor reverses and antenna will go down till down switch cuts power.
