That's the cowl cold air filter. I'm talking about the little blue thing sitting in front of the washer fluid box lol

It's a cold air intake that doubles as a "stealth snorkel" this one is made by spectre and I think is discontinued.

Follow the hoses and snap some pics of where they end up.

I'm guessing its some form of light duty oil cooler.

Off hand, I would guess it's a oil filter. But it didn't look as if there was any filter attached to it. So let's see more photos. If you can snap some pics of the other end of those hoses, that look like they are running to the blue anodized housing.

I just looked at the photo again, and that housing doesn't look like it is threaded for a filter, at least not on the end that was visible in the pictures.
