I'll guess the sticker goes in the spare tire cover, on the inside. If I'm understanding the question correctly. :rolleye0012:

Jack goes under the driver side back seat. Should be a bracket to hold it and handle down

I tend to agree with you... The cover appears to be a hard-shell that is hinged.. ???

Yeah I don't know that I've ever seen a hard shelled spare cover on a Jeep (factory anyways)... but that is what appears to be the case... Kind of surprised that isn't on the bottom of the bottom portion of the rear seat.. that way if you are removing the jack to use it for some other purpose, where you wouldn't be accessing the spare tire, you'd see it or be able to reference it... this just reminds me... I need to get a jack for my XJ.. don't have the stock one, but I think my XJ is too tall for the stock one anyways...
