Travelled to see family this Christmas, and yesterday on the way we stopped at our favorite small town hardware store, Town Hardware in Black Mountain, NC. Found this cool little Matchbox-size toy car, with rubber wheels to boot.

Just learned today that hood opens up, and there's a little i6 in there.

I have some larger wheels and I think I need to make some larger axles and such to go under it. I have been getting my model railroading stuff out so I might just do some Jeep modding :D

green one is one me boy made years ago......did have a snorkel at one stage ..:o..... he filed the guards down a bit and slightly bigger tires ...don't know where he gets his ideas from :rolleye0012:
