How in the world do I get my upper shackle bolts out of my 97 xj ? I have removed the bumper, soaked the welded nuts with pb blaster a few times. Heat ?

If you can heat them, do so. Cherry red is the temp you want

I would say if you had the availability of a good torch, to heat it all up I would certainly go that route.. I just used a decent length beefy breaker bar and two folks on it, and got mine to come loose.. but not going to lie... I was really worried that the bolts were going to snap the whole time!! LOL
