Good morning and welcome. You might take some ratchet straps and use them to align the axle and the rest of the Jeep so that the track bar lines up.

Ratchet straps are typically used to hold down crap on trailers or in the back of trucks but they have hooks and a locking ratchet mechanism that makes them handy for pulling axles into place.

It will depend on how/what direction the bracket is off.. the vehicle should also be on flat level ground.

I'm assuming the trackbar is not an adjustable trackbar.

Perhaps if you knew the story- I was driving and noticed a grinding sound when I made a right even at low speed. When I checked under car , and found the bolts were off and was hanging on tie rod completely off.. so I purchased bolts but having issues re-bolting the side that was off.. (driver side)

The trackbar is what keeps the front axle "square" under the front of the Jeep. If the Jeep is moved/driven without the trackbar installed not only is it unsafe is also causes the front axle to move around causing the re-installation of the trackbar difficult. If you look at each front tire does one side stick out more one side than the other?

No, the front looks pretty even . Would installing turning the wheel in a certain direction help or should wheels be straight during install

It could help torque the body over to help get it aligned.

Get someone to turn the steering wheeling left or right. You can probably do it by yourself, it will just take longer running back and forth.

Also... if you could add your Jeep info it would help others in the future see what you are working with.

At the top go to "User CP", then on the left go to "Edit Your Details", then scroll down to vehicle info.

Not sure, I don't use Tapatalk so I am unfamiliar with it's navigation.

Not sure if you still need help but you can definitely turn the wheel to align the axle. Did this on my xj when I replaced my track bar after having ridiculous amounts of death wobble. It's more difficult then having a friend turn the wheel but it can be done.

Also I don't think you can edit your XJ Talk profile data from Tapatalk. I to use Tapatalk and tried but to no avail. You will have to go online (outside of Tapatalk) and edit your profile on the xj talk website.
