Purchased the entertainment system off ebay, company is Erisin, not a well known american company, and yes dual battery setup for extra winching capacity. Thanks for all the kind words.

No, the air filter is forward of, and below the brake master cylinder, directly behind the second battery. Exactly enough room. Thought about running across engine to a cowl intake....still thinking!

I'm thinking too! I don't like the idea of running across the engine. Seems like it would pick up more heat

In it's current location the intake is only about six inches from the exhaust manifold, running across to the opposite side should move it away from the main heat source (in theory)
