Sputter after startup

Hey everyone, so my xj for a bit now has been having the issue after startup and initial acceleration it sputters and feels like it backfires. After about 5seconds of that it runs like a champ. And doesn't do it again until I start it again. I've changed CPS and MAP. what else could it be. Maybe TPS?

You might want to check for any codes the computer might be throwing. Your O2 sensors might need replacement. There can be pending codes and not trip the check engine light. A quick easy way to check codes can be found here: http://www.xjtalk.com/showthread.php?t=11574

My 98 would take 2 or 3 attempts to start then idle rough for 15 seconds or so. Checked the fuel pressure and it was dropping to near zero 30 seconds after shutdown.
