Transfer case vent replacement?

ok so I just replaced my tired old 2wd transmission with a 4wd transmission and transfer case. the question I have is I need to add a breather tube to the t-case. anyone know the size I need?

That is what we all have. You hook up a vacuum line type of hose to it and also the one on the top of the tranny, which is smaller and run it up into the engine compartment
