Okay I've been sitting on this 20" LED light bar long enough, and it's just going to get hotter the longer I wait, outside, not the light bar.

That's enough for today, that heat really takes it out of me.

Now I have to buy or make some "L" brackets and get the longer bolts for the luggage rack to bolt every thing into place. Then wiring it up.

looks good Tony.. might be able to pick up some J-bolts like for bed mounted truck boxes, to hook around the mount bar, and then run the bolt through the side of the roof rack track..

"L" bracket bolts to the tube then goes under the roof rack. You can shake the entire Jeep it's so strong. How I did it on the front.

So I ordered some of these. May have to try out the 1,600 lumins brake light idea.

While I was looking I happened across these with 9 minutes left in the auction. Got them for $37 shipped.

Not sure if they'll mount the way I have it visioned in my head, but I'm going to try and mount them in the front wheel wells for wheel lights.

I'm pretty sure that's why I was the ONLY bidder :D

Can you imagine trying to find a place to install those lights on a KL?

Right over the things they call headlights...

Mounted. Next step, wiring. Pretty simple except the ceiling mounted switch panel has to be dropped and wired in. I'll wait until I'm ready to wire all the switches, at least get all the switches hooked up to wires and labeled so I don't have to take it down again.

Damn I have a brake light and 3rd brake light out.

That's the auxiliary 3rd brake light at the top.

Might be too bright Tony. That is a serious brake light

Looks good... Been looking @ doing the flush mount rear lights, for AUX lights/AUX reverse lights... Would have been even easier had I gotten the rear bumper I order last year... Guess I need to get on it, and get the lights mounted and wired up that I already have in hand... But this is giving me some ideas for mounts of other AUX lighting for higher up lighting...

I need to get the switch wired in then I'll take it some where dark and see how much light it gives me for backing up offroad. If needed I may look at some small LED lights on either side to expand the pattern of light.
