Ok so I'd like to think I've got a really good handle on just about everything when it comes to XJ's. But I really have know idea about drag link/track bar geometry. I read and have been told one more then one occasion that they need to b parallel. I am assuming its when looking at them from the front?

Another thing I just figured out today that my axle side track bar mount is wallered out on the backside of the mount😒. Now here is where i give y'all all the info and ask what corse of action ya'll recommend. I have a 94 xj with 4.5 lift running 33x12.5's with a drango steering box, c-rok inner brace, Iron rock diy bumper mounts, RC old style dubble sheer track bar, and I'm in the process of installing 1ton utk steering. I do have a welder and just about all the fab tool a man could need and KNOW how to use them. Now it is not a DD but I would like to retain s much drivability as possible IE bump steer and death wabble is no bwano (lol I think I spelled that right). Now what coarse of action do y'all recommend? Do I cut off the mount and rebuild it or should I make one from scratch?

Yes, the track bar and drag link need to be parallel. This is measured at the point of attachments since the track bar is not straight. The parallel is measured using an imaginary line for it.

In this photo, you can easily see it. I have a custom track bar and drag link. They are exactly the same length and parallel. By the time you draw that imaginary line to the attachment points of the trackbar and drag link, it should be parallel like this

Here is how I fixed a wallowed out hole on a TJ. It was giving us a small amount of wobble and was annoying with the 35s on it
