i know its passed Memorial day, but that day doesnt ever end for some.

this picture is of a ramp ceremony.
at random times you were called to the strip to help load bodies of soldiers or watch them be loaded onto a C-17 aircraft.
the air is stiff and very silent, sometimes at 3am you would stand there for hours, salute as your fellows in boxes passed you by..
the sun would come up and you had to go on patrol and go back out into the cities.
thinking today might be my day, today someone might load my body to ship back home. if you dont fly a flag,
if you dont lift your hand to salute them at least pray for them that have these memories and their families.
as Rambo is quoted for truth "Nothing is over, Nothing, you just dont turn it off"
