Doesn't do this all the time, but enough to have gotten my attention. Will need to figure out the fix soon.

Looks like maybe some stripped gears on the motor or regulator... You can pick up a new motor & regulator fairly decent price @ local auto parts store.. or hit up local PNP, just to make sure before spending big bucks on new parts..

There is a plastic sheath that holds the worm gear for the window regulator. It is broken. Best bet is to get yourself a new one. I found someone local that had a parts jeep and picked up a used one for $25.

So, it's not the whole regulator, but the worm or sheath? It's intermittent, and not the famous complete failure.

The sheath is glued right to the regulator, and it is sold as one piece. Let me find a link to a pic.
