Hi all. Thanks for the warm welcome. I have a 2001 XJ Limited with a Rough Country 4.5" short arm lift Mickey Thompson SideBiter II rims with Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ 33x12.5R15 rubber. It has a K&N "cold" intake. This was all done by the previous owner. The only thing I have done since I got her is remove the front drive shaft and made her a 2x4 temporarily due to a stretched chain in the NV231 which I have not had the funds to replace yet. I have plans for a 4BT swap but for now it is going to be getting the NV231 rebuilt with a SYE kit, 6 pinion planetary, and NV231D chain upgrade. Also need to upgrade the injectors and insulate the fuel rail and injectors with foil tape and rubber tubing to help with the heat soak issue of the #3 injector(just going to wrap all the injectors to be sure).

Welcome James. Sounds like a nice rig. You can use some HVAC tape, or if you want to go cheap, just crinkle up some strips of tin foil and flatten them out a little and wrap with that. Hope you get that chain replaced
