Unfortunately, my 24X40 shop is not big enough for all the toys and room to work too :D

I was looking @ the Fab School after I got out of the AF.. Just wish they had a campus on the east coast, so I didn't have to pay to fly out to CA, and then pay for temporary housing for the time needed to complete the program.. IIRC they said you can complete it in as little as 7 months... would imagine that is with killing yourself and cramming as much information in as you can... Look forward to seeing how your projects come out...

We have a few people in our class from out of state, 2 actually from Pennsylvania, I am using Voc Rehab through the VA which is paying 100% for the school, I also get BAH which is a little over $1800 a month, so that might help you to decide to go there [emoji41]
They do have a schedule they go by, but there is plenty of time to complete the projects and time to just sit and practice welding
Here are some stuff I made in the class so farhttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/04/26/05476385faf491ead5d6995df24a423e.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/04/26/a6e593b74f15b8cda8525b91418cf143.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/04/26/84eb23d4c67bfbc1d490bf0e48190a73.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/04/26/2d5d018f52bc761bc270b26f5985ec50.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/04/26/22a65b0a1909eb6b0681b9d7c4b17422.jpg

I wouldn't mind getting to use some school time to build some stuff I want to build... Been looking online and a few folks said they like another near by school due to being able to work on their own rigs while learning how to fabricate and weld.. That'd be kind of cool... I'd love to build a cage or eco, while learning to fab & weld... or a linked rear... lol... Either way keep up the good/hard work... and look forward to seeing more pics of projects... especially the XJ bowl!!

I might have to re-face them, I didn't like how the Mill chewed up my cuts

Haven't got a chance to work on the XJ, our class is in the middle of a roll cage project, we are ahead of schedule on it, so maybe soon we will get some free time
