I've had a computer consulting website for some time, really don't do much with it.
Recently I set up some stuff that will let me work on customer's computers remotely.
I think the biggest stumbling block for people is who to trust to work on their computer, especially when someone is accessing it remotely.

There is a place where people can post their questions and get answers. Also a good way to drive people to my site and maybe pick up a customer.
I'd say virus and malware is the majority of issues people have. Pretty easy fix, and it can be done online most of the time.

I probably can figure out stuff on a MAC but I don't work on Apple products. All my knowledge is from the corporate world and businesses just don't use Apple's.
