I want to replace my injectors. Ditch the single squirters for the 4 hole ones. Plug and play. Is there a specific vehicle from which to get these? My 2001 XJ 4.0 is stock,no mods.

That first injector for your year: XF2F-C4B fits quite a few vehicles from 99-05... Mainly Rangers, Taurus, and Mustangs w/ V-6's

If you use the Bosch 784 injectors, there are lists available on several of the jeep forums and there are also people on them who will sell you sets. I purchased 6 sets from a guy on another jeep forum.

theres alot out there. dodge intrepid. neon. chrysler 300m. some are plug and play. if not wire in the plug or use a razor and snip off the retainer thing. but if you do that they can come unplugged bouncing around

Thank you for the suggestions. I know I've got to do something soon about this.

In Canada Stratus or Cirrus came with the 2.4L , the 703's came in those, super easy nice swap with the ebay rebuild kits

I had put a new fuel pump in because it was hard to start (too much crankin). But even now with a new pump (Bosch from Rockauto) It still cranks alot And loses fuel pressure after about 30 minutes.Would I assume then that 1 or more injectors are leaking? Internally I imagine because I don't smell any gas fumes???

It's new and it has to come out already......better injectors first. Retest after injectors.

I understand that the problem with the fuel pressure regulator is just an O-ring? Is this an EZ fix?
