Hi,

It has been a while since I last visited here (been a little busy lately, work stuff...)
Anyway, yesterday we took the Pajero and played a little, 2 years ago I visited the exact same trail with my XJ, it seems it was easier back then ;)
It showed me the differences between those 2 cars.
No doubt that the XJ is much more capable on the rocks comparing the the Pajero...

Good to hear from you again Saar. Glad to see you dodged all the rockets. That is a nice little stretch of technical wheeling. Looks like you are putting it through its paces. That is a different area from your usual in the south.

It is good to write here, we survived the rockets, at least till the next time ;)
Yes, it is different than my usual traveling area, although it is much closer (only 30 minutes of driving from home :) )

That is a plus. A nice challenge there and less dust for sure :D That area looks like it could make you want a locker or something to aid traction

Actually, I already have a rear locker, a front one would be a nice addition...
but it is pretty expensive so I'm trying not to think about it too much

Automatic lock in the front diff won't be a good idea with the Pajero "Super Select" transfer.
The Pajero can drive with AWD on the road (all 3 diff's are open) and adding an front auto diff lock will discard that option.
