Correct fuel pump needed

i have a 94 and im on my third pump. i saw some bosch pumps for $60-80 and others for $100 plus. can someone please supply me with the correct pump and part number

Rock auto shows the Bosch bump for yours to be #69544 for $61 + shipping. I do suggest avoiding Airtex, not a good reputation... at all.

I just bought an Airtex pump/sending unit assembly from Rockauto but only because I need the sending unit to get my fuel gauge working again. I'm just going to reuse my existing Bosch pump with the new sending unit and keep the Airtex pump in my spare parts box.
