Just repainted my bumpers to give it an awesome finish on it. Only cost me about $20, one cut on my head and 2 hours of music.

I don't know what he used, but Trim paint is available at parts stores (http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/duplicolor-trim-paint-black-11-oz.-aerosol-tp70/7141216-P?searchTerm=trim+paint).

That looks good.. I did similar to my fender flares on my old 98 as well as the flares and bumper end caps on my GF's LJ and I cleaned them up with some good dish soap, then painted them with Krylon Fusion paint.. It held up for over 4 years of being covered in mud and behind dinged by rocks on my 98 XJ, and so far has been working well on the LJ..

Hey guys sorry for the long time response, I've been busy. I used Plasti Dip, for about $6 a can I bought 2 and was able to do all the trim and the front and rear bumper. It's a plastic based substance and I ended up screwing up the back trim, thanks to the plastic I was able to peal the paint off and redo it for a better finish.
