Lets see your XJ cargo area conversion!

i.e. ripping out the carpet, spraying in rhino liner, adding steel slides, behind the front seat cages, etc..

I tend to move alot of heavy stuff in the back, the carpet and all the little chrome luggage slides are thrashed. I think I'll at least replace those with something much stronger and more securely fastened to the body, with more, stronger, tie down points..

Well, I don't have any pictures, but for the current condition of all the rust, rot, and nastiness, its in this video I did when I was reinforcing my leaf spring mounts.

When I drop the gas tank this spring, Ill be fixing the floors, but I was also thinking of fabrication something out of diamond plate to replace the plastic trim. I'll be very interested to see what everyone else has done to their cargo areas, because I don't have a whole lot of ideas for it.
