The cheapest one available.
They'll all leak at some point, so save your cash.
RTV works great if you give it about 15 min to setup.:xj-blue:

Is it ok to use rtv?
Use it on the top or bottom of gasket?

Felpro makes a nice reusable one but its pricey.

I've used it instead of a gasket many times with no trouble.
Make sure to let it set up first.

Felpro would be my guess for the rubbery one on the later models.

20 odd bucks at rockauto when I ordered 'em a while back.

They've got Reinz brand ones too which should be good quality.

Just replaced mine a few weeks ago, I used FelPro. It came with all new grommets for the bolt holes in the cover and looks as though it can be reused as needed. I did add a thin layer of black rtv to both sides as I installed it. No leaks now.

Victor Reinz can be found at most NAPA stores, you'll.need to ask for it directly or you'll get the Felpro gasket. Either one will do the job nicely. VR is higher quality in my opinion.

Well I can smell that oil that leaks out the back from the gasket. Its just enoug to smell and burn but no drips on the floor.
