If it does not chirp in 2WD, take a look at your U-joints near the wheel.
I use a large screw driver to GENTLY pry the cross back and forth to see if there is any play. next would be the Unit bearing (Wheel Bearing) raise it up on a jack an see if the wheel has any play by wiggling the tire (Tech Term)!:xj-black:
