Sad news XJTalkers.

I just traded my XJ for a truck. With a family of 5 that XJ gets pretty small with all the carseats.

I consider this an early birthday gift to me!!

I had fun with my XJ but I wished I did more research before purchasing. Stay away from the 2000 and 2001 (which I had) and get a 8.25 rear end!

The Lincoln Mark LT was a nice truck (way overpriced though). I was disappointed when Ford scrapped it for the Platinum Edition F-series.

Ford's aren't very tinkerer friendly…and they don't seem to like me. In almost 7 years I've owned 4 and been issued 5 F-series trucks. I bought my XJ when I was 17, traded it for a Samurai I bought when I was 15. So far my XJ and Trailblazer have outlasted every Ford I've owned (and they've been treated worse).
