Wind shield leaks help

My windshield leaks not much butt enough to streak down the inside. it bugs me cause it smears the inside and think about the damage it can do it it gets worse. i got some black cocking and ran it around the outside of the rubber lining for the windshield thinking it would help since it had some gaps but it didn't. i have no clue how it gets in since it looks completely sealed any suggestions

There are two options. First, you can have somebody help you by running a water hose over different areas until you find the leak and then try to seal it, or it could be like the issue I had where the last windshield installer did a crappy job with the glue and since I needed a new windshield anyways, the guy glued it on right. No more leaks. I just wish the previous owner figured that out before he cut out the carpet in the driver's floor pan lol
