Spent fri and sat at Hidden Falls Tx. for some some much needed wheelin. Just a few pics will load more when I get them.

In this pic look at the KC light on the drivers side and the dents in the windshield frame. I was making a steep off canter U turn and slid into a tree. The tree ended up saving my a$$ because there was a deep revine on the other side of it that I would have rolled into. would have been really ugly.
First time I've been glad to hit a tree

And a poser shot. This is about half way up to a place we went to last year. The highest place in the park. They closed the trail past this point because too many people were rolling off the side of the mountain and getting hurt (1 fatality I heard)

I hear ya on the trees. There are lots of places where I have wheeled when I was glad they were there. It was a long ways to the bottom. Looks like a nice trip

Looks like a nice time... and a great way to spend Turkey Day out enjoying nature and being thankful for all that you have and can enjoy...
