We would love to know more about you and your Jeep. How you found us, etc...

Be sure and check out our XJ TALK SHOW! (http://podcasts.xjtalk.com) It\'s about Cherokees! It\'s like a radio talk show, but from the Internet.

Good morning everyone!

I stumbled accross the podcast a while back and I've really enjoyed it so I thought I'd sign up for the forum. I don't currently have and XJ, I have a WJ that I'm really wanting to start modifying. As you may or may not know there are not very many WJ forums out there. I was introduced to Jeep in 1988 when my parents bought a 1986 model XJ. I loved that car and was given it when I was in my early 20s. I drove the wheels off of that thing. It was bone stock but I took that thing places that most people wouldn't think of. I loved that XJ and wish I still had it. So anyway I'm now looking for another one that I can build. Looking forward to many hours of enjoyment from this forum.

Welcome to the site. I honestly can't understand why WJs, and ZJs for that matter, aren't utilized more in the off roading world. We have a modified ZJ, well its technically my moms but feels like family cause we've had it 18 years. But they can be very cool and capable with little work. Plus they are insanely cheap, even cheaper than XJs these days.

What do you have in mind for your Wj? Feel free to keep us posted, even start a build thread if you want. I, for one, love to see WJs built up.

Welcome to the madness! The WJ's are fun to work on and very easy. My girlfriend drives one that's slightly lifted with 31's on it and its fun. Feel free to post up your questions.
