Thanks for the welcome! I have owned srveral jeeps over the years. I retired in 2005, I am an old geezer 65 years old. I have always had muscle cars and bikes. We moved to Virginia beach in 2011 to be near a granddaughter. We moved to the oceanfront, if you live at the beach you need a Jeep. My last Jeep was a TJ, I made the mistake of selling it last year. I now have 2 grandchildren and wanted to have room to ride them. Thats why I bought the XJ. I am sure that I will have lots of questiond and be looking for advice. It's a work in progress! :P

:welcome: I have a 2003 TJ and a 1998 XJ They are very similar drive train and suspension wise.

Welcome Mike. Looks like a great start on a rig. Nice roof rack and looks like it has a three inch lift already
