Another problem

I purchased and installed lift struts for my hood. (2001 XJ). After the install I notice it won't close because it will hit the washer bottle fill cap.I don't really want to relocate the washer bottle, but.....

Whose struts did you buy?

From 4WDhardware, called Hoodlift. Figured out that filler tube pulls out of washer, so I just extended it. All good now.
