Some new problems

Bought some hella lights for the cherokee.All seemed fine till I road tested last night minutes into the ride and headlights went off. They would not come back on. Made my own headlight relay set up. I did ground each light and am guessing this may be part of the problem but, they did work for awhile.Anyone have similar problems?

We talking your headlights or the driving lights you installed?

Assuming all your wiring is correct :

Did you use any of those Quick Splice connectors ?

I really hate those and think they cause more problems than they solve. I would recommend soldering all connections and sealing well with, preferably, shrink tubing, or electrical tape.

Hella vision plus with the HB2 bulbs. And all wires soldered and shrink wrapped. Dual fused lines to each relay, and the only thing I didn't do was ground each light individually. I must have something wired wrong somewhere. But why did it work for awhile then quit. I believe they were on high beam when it happened.
