Thank you!

I'm retired from Toledo Jeep and worked there from 1978 until 2009 and worked the XJ line for 12 years and loved every minute of it.I owned various Jeep Wranglers and XJ's over the years and have been the proud owner of 2001 TJ untill I bought a camper and needed a truck to pull it so I sold the TJ:crazy:.Well then 3 years later I sold the camper so I decided it was time to buy another Jeep,I was wanting another TJ but they have very little room in them so I came across a rust free 2000 Cherokee and bought it on the spot:bacondance:.I have been using the forum for various repairs I have been making to my XJ,I just installed a 3inch lift and Ion Alloy 133 wrapped with 31inch DC Fun Country tires.Pictures will come soon!

I did inspection for 2 years and then from 1987-1992 I sub assembled the innner rear 1/4 panels which included doing the cut outs for inside spare tire and cut outs for the cargo area covers.

That's just neat! You probably helped build my '92 and my brothers '90 then. And just to let you know the inner 1/4s are all holding up well. :D Now if you know the people who did the cargo floor and outer quarters tell them their rust prevention needs works. :p

If you want to see some decent video of the XJ assembly line go to Youtube and search The History of Jeep Assembly Factory. That is a video that was given to all the employees when the Toledo South Assembly Complex was closed down.

I need to change that title,it is History of the Jeep Parkway Factory.
