Bumper plans? and other welding projects for the XJ

Greetings XJ talk.

I'm looking for welding projects. both a front (winch?) and rear bumper. Also easy "get to know my machine" type of projects. Any one have some good links for me?

The welder its self is a 140amp MIG/flux lincoln.

We don't have links to plans. Too many to archive. But we are doing a podcast series called Jeep Garage that covers welding and associated shop techniques to build bumpers and other stuff. I have already recorded one on replacing floor panels and will address building bumper components in further podcasts
