Backspacing

Probably is a thread for this but I couldn't find the answer I was looking for. My wheels 15x8, 5.5 backspacing, 25.4 wheel offset and my jeep has a 2 inch lift. Can I run 31s on these wheels without any spacers? :bang:

Yes, but they will rub on the lower control arms during tight turns.

Yeah, I have 31x10.50x15 on my stock steel rims (I believe 7'' wide though). They rub the control arms in really tight turns but other than in tight parking lots, I rarely rub.

How about adjusting your steer stops? I guess that depends on your intended use of your cherokee. It won't turn a unite as tight.
