We would love to know more about you and your Jeep. How you found us, etc...

Be sure and check out our XJ TALK SHOW! (http://podcasts.xjtalk.com) It\'s about Cherokees! It\'s like a radio talk show, but from the Internet.

New to this forum and new to XJ's. I have had many Jeeps over the years.
two TJ's
a Jeepster/Commando
a Full size 74 Wagoneer
and my 52 willys CJ3A
This is my first go at a XJ and I think it will be a good fit for a while. As I have gotten older I am focused more on family trips (wife and 2 little girls ages 4 and 6). No more hard core rock crawling. I'm just working on building more of an overland/camping rig with the ability to tackle some moderate obstacles.

The XJ is an excellent platform for that Josh. We stuff ours with camping gear every summer and head for the hills

Starting with this 1987 Laredo.
Paid $1600 and have put about $400 into it so far and a ton of elbow grease to clean it up.
