Hello one and all Fellow Jeepers

I found this site while looking for some answers about XJ,s. I am hoping that they will be answered here and not laughed at to much.

I started off with a CJ7 that I dearly loved until disaster struck, and I have driven a friends Renegade for about a week. My experience with a XJ was only once and I found that I like the sure footing it had in snow.

The lady I was with who owned the Jeep refused to drive in the white stuff and I still do not know why for her XJ was the best thing I have driven in bad weather. So get prepared for some crazy questions for I now live in the interior of B.C and I want to set up my Jeep to handle some tough roads in both good and bad weather.

I have not found my xj yet for the ones that I went to look at had bad body cracks. Seems that is a thing about them up here.

Thanks

Eleazar

Welcome Eleazar. Thanks for the intro. You will not be laughed at here. All questions are treated seriously and no flaming is allowed. So ask away. If unibody stress is an issue, you might want to stick to the 96 and up models. They had a little beefier sub frame

Welcome to the site! Lots of knowledgeable people here to answer any and all questions you might have. Good luck with your search, it took me months of searching until I found one I liked at the right price. Searching was a lot of fun though, I kinda miss driving all over searching for the perfect XJ for me!
