C gussets

Anyone with opinions on C gussets? Is it over kill, worth the while? I've essentially seen 2 types. Since I've got the RCV shafts. I'm not sure if these will work so well.

So I was thinking, if I do get a set. I'd do with these:

I can see it being worthwhile for sure. I do like Artecs design, and I do think tying the inner c to the tube will be much stronger so I would go with a design like that instead of the ones that go on the knuckle side of the c only.
