Well after 5 weeks she is alive. She still has some hiccups but I bounced took her for a spin. After I blow the crud out of the injectors after a little miss firing she ran like a beauty. She want go passed 4500 rpms.

I don't know how much is necessary but the stock bottle on my 99 holds more than 32oz to the full mark
