Injector connector rebuild

Does anyone know how to take apart the electrical connector for the fuel injector off of a 2001? I used to work in a body shop and when damage to the connector wasn't bad I would take the wires out with it intake out of the broken plastic connector and just insert it into a new connector. I have ordered all new connectors but can not figure out how to get the wire out of the damaged plastic.

I haven't done the injector connector specifically. I have a 99 WJ engine out in the shop, I will look at it. So far I have been changing all the other pins around. You might have to buy a tool to do it
