curious to see how everyone that uses GPS mounts it.
im aware theres some pretty sweet apps for the phone.
im looking to buy a garmin etrex 20 or 30 for dedictated use in and out of vehicle.

I just use windshield suction cup mount with a super-sticky gel on it to ensure my phone won't fall off. I love it and can't recommend it enough!

I know you're looking for an actual GPS unit mount, but might be worth a shot seeing if there's a Garmin windshield mount that uses this kind of gel backing. Here's the link to the one I bought for my phone.
