Hey guys I have a 99 Cherokee with a 3.5 rubicon express super ride lift already installed. P O had the lift installed with full leaf back in rear. I was wondering how can I get another 1inch of lift in the rear. I know I can add a budget bust puck up front, but I'm not sure how to get 1 inch from the rear. Any suggestions.. Thanks for looking.

You might look at shackle relocation brackets...

That would be the BEST option.
Another option would be longer after market shackles.
The other option, (which everyone will tell you to stay away from) would be spacer blocks.

Yep, rough country offers an adjustable lift shackle and it's around $50 or so. Last time I checked, if you install it and post pics of it in a thread here, send them the thread and they'll even give you 10% back of your purchasing price

So I'm a newb do I need the relocation brackets and new shackles? Or the relocation brackets with stock shackles.

Either or will work, but if I had the money I would get the relocation brackets and you should be able to use the stock shackles with them. Since you already have a lift on the vehicle the relocation brackets will allow you to adjust the shackle angle for a better ride and rear flex.

Relocation brackets allow you to move the top of the shackle to change the angle of it, as well as a little lift. Shackles simply add lift. You don't need the relocation brackets unless you need to adjust the angle, so shackles will be fine. They will change the pinion angle though.

I know most people will say to stay away from a lift block because of axle wrap but I've heard that a 1'' lift block isn't going to increase this much if at all. I think I remember reading Steve, 4.3LXJ, saying he uses a 1'' lift block with no bad side effects. In my book if it's good enough for Steve, it's good enough for me.

I, however, have zero experience with lift blocks so I can only speak to what I've read and heard.

I made mine out of 1/2X2.5" flat iron. Stack two, drilled in the center and attach them to the spring with the center bolt. Then they won't move around and are part of the spring
