The search engine built into xjtalk.com doesn't work very well.

I use Google for my searches! :beer:

Just go to google type in your search and at the end of the line type site:www.xjtalk.com

I have done this for a little bit when searching for stuff on different sites I prefer.. I found out about it a few years back when I was doing an assignment for school, and it told us to search for certain things through Craigslist and not just local, didn't know how to do that, so did a google search for how to.. and it showed doing it how you mentioned.. Works very nicely, I usually use it when someone is looking for something and I know I've seen it on :xjtalk:.. so I can find it and link it for them...
