Hi all. I'm a former multiple , cj, tj, and jk owner.

I currently am Jeep less and need a project so I'm looking at buying a 98-99 XJ to do a semi mildish build up for a 3rd family vehicle to do some daily driving and weekend fun. I'm a little OCD, my wife would say A LOT, and suffer from tinkeritus. Soooo, often, my mild isn't the same as others.

Found your site while doing research on the pro's and con's of the different year XJ's. I'm currently looking for a 98-99, preferable 99, XJ. You all have a nice site with lots of good information. It's already been very helpful.

Oh, I also like sunsets, long walks on the beach, ladybugs and pretty little butterflies. ;) NOT!!!!!

No, I'm a gear head thru and thru. The smell of Alcohol or NitroMethane fumes gives me a headache so bad I get sick to my stomach but I gladly endure the inconvenience in order to get a closer look at whatever is producing those fumes. :D

Lol, welcome to xjtalk! You're in good company here with plenty of gear heads. Good luck with the search. Picked a good year, wouldn't mind having a '99 myself.
