Sorry for taking so long to get to this. My name is Will, I live in east tn. I have a 92 wrangler that needs a little work. Bought it that way so I could do the work on it. I guess I could be a little prideful at times. I am attending college for electrical engineering with a concentration in automated control as an technician .
That is all I can think of right now. Any questions just ask.

What are your plans for that YJ?

I would like to get a rust free tub and swap them and hook the sway bar back up. And then do some mild trail riding. It has a spring over the axle lift with a three inch lift I believe. But It needs a slip yoke. But would like to be able to drive it daily, and trail riding. has 35's on it.

If you have a spring over, you might want to look into a slip yoke eliminatory on that driveline. I don't think the stock type of yoke will accommodate that much angle

Yes, it needs a slip yoke. I thought about swapping the springs back under the axle. I don't believe I will need that much of a lift for what I am looking into doing. And money is another issue. be cheaper to swap it back to under axle.

Yes, probably would. If you get that panhard bar hooked back up it will steer better in the bumps too.

Another thing. The transfer case is kinda hard to shift. And slips out. Is there a thread/forum about that? Thanks.

That is commonly due to linkage adjustment. You can access that underneath. There is a slip joint with set screw on one of the rods
