First jeep owner here! loving it so far, bought it about 2 weeks ago and have done quiet a bit to keep it going for another 100k I hope :D
was bouncing around on craigslist and kept coming across way over priced jeeps for sale. and non of them were the years i wanted, just about gave up! then I came across this 1998 cherokee base model, ax15 5 speed, cry 8.25 rear end, np231TC and its a Two door! the guy had just installed the 4.5 inch rough country lift kit a week prior. still had greasy paw prints all over the new shiny suspension parts :) it stilll needed a few things to make it completly road worthly, which everything it needed he had and gave to me. including the adjustable longer track bar and some leaky power steering lines. he also gave me everything i need for a complete tune up, motor mounts, and the steel reinforcement plates that i have have welded in the front sub frame some day. so needless to say yeah i picked it up. the jeeps for 215k on the clock but still runs well. im super excited to have a project/money pit again haha! got her for 2600$ i Think I got a good deal
heres some pics from the day i got it, to now. have some different rims on order and a new steering stabilizer, plus a few more fun stuff
day I picked it up, got it clean, had to hit a little mud to make sure the 4wd worked well :D

New brakes today, Just ordered some new rims with the right offset so i can chuck the wheel spacers he put on
