hydro assist steering

I posted on Facebook about steering stabilizers and someone mention hydro assist steering they said it can be done for around $150 I have found two cases that say this is right but I am having trouble understanding how the setup works if someone could please help explain this to me I would greatly appreciate it. the part that I'm really having trouble understanding of how to center the RAM so that you have equal steering in both directions.

It might be possible to do it for $150, but it would be doubtful. First you have to tap the steering box for the pressure left and right and run lines to the cylinder you will have to buy. You will have to fabricate a bracket for it and make something to clamp to the tie rod, which will have to be beefed up. The stock one is not up to the task. The centering is determined by the steering box which mediates the pressure to the cylinder
