Im running a 89 F350 dana 60 front so im having the issue of the 3" extra on pass side vs driver side
How is everyone correcting this? Other than cutting tubes.
3" spacer is not what I wanna do....maybe offset with a 5" backspacing on pass side and 3.5" backspacing on drivers side with a small 1.5" spacer??:bang::bang:

just need to get thru about 6 months then Im going to Coilovers in the front so then it will be no worries.:bacondance:

Are you talking about getting the stings to line up with the buckets on the frame?

No My axle sticks out 3" more on pass side than driver side....

basically with a 89 Dana 60 theres only like 3" of axle tube exposed on drivers side and pass side has 3" extra axle tube....

so with a XJ the coil spring bucket centers are 36.25" apart so If I go by that and mount the drivers side in what little area there is to mount a bracket it leaves the axle sitting 3" more to pass side than drivers

I think I know what you mean. The problem with the full width D60 is that it is made for a wider frame. Your driver side coil bucket needs to be in the diff pumpkin. If it was me, I would be fabricating a wider stance on the XJ coil bucket. It is the only way to do it unless you want to settle for a wider stance on the bottom of the coils than the top.
